anattitude is an independent project about female hiphop activity for all female hiphop activists and for all who are interested in keeping hiphop alive. this summer-edition contains two issues: the interviews- and the photographs. in the interview-issue you`ll find four long interviews. angi, celia and juli from zürich`s b-girl crew`dismissed` are talking about how they started breaking, how they got to know each other and how b-girling and b-boying will change in the next years. amsterdam`s upcoming rapstar mc melodee from the duo la melodia is talking about her first 12", her record label and the dutch hiphop scene.

invincible, mc from detroit and also member of n.y.`s all-female-hiphop-collective`anomolies`, consisting of dj kuttin kandi, mc helixx c. armaggedon, mc pri the honey dark and big tara is talking about how emceeing changed her life. the founders and ladies of berlin`s online network femalehiphop.net caynd, kiwi, apo and karin are talking about their female hiphop project and the discourse about the label "female" in the hiphop world.

 

in the photograph edition you see photographs of what hiphop could be

and should be. smash existing stereotypes. real hiphop doesn`t know

any gender.
