Micro Melodramas
I could describe the warmth and the noise. The evening darkness. The gusting wind blustering in the streets, that closes your eyes. I could tell you about the gates, the high fences and the off-limits. The long bridges and floating homes. The long streets stretching away with lighting and signs, like an american movie from long ago. The evening warmth that separates me from myself, and the 130 channel flat screen. The town has a life of it's own, a science-fiction fantasy, with a microcosm of microlife bubbling under the surface, challenging for control.
